AT A GLANCE

Swap is a mobile web application designed mainly to help foster community. The premise is similar to Tinder, in which users upload photos of things that they are willing to trade away. Other users can then swipe left or right on items they're interested in, which brings them into a direct message to further discuss the details of their trade. The trading is not limited to physical items, however, and can easily be expanded for users to share hobbies, cuisine, cultures, or even knowledge.

ROLES

Jack of all Trades: Since this project was created at a hackathon, all of the members wore many hats, myself included. I led the design of the look and function of all of our application's pages and developed them in HTML and CSS. I also assisted in implementing various web functionalities that required reading and updating our database. I also designed our product logo.
